By starting the Application for Accreditation, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
Sleep center and laboratory accreditation by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) represents recognition that a facility has met the most current Standards for Accreditation. To be eligible for consideration for accreditation, a facility must complete an Application for Accreditation and submit it to the AASM along with all requested supplementary materials and fees.
As the applicant, you understand that the AASM reserves the right to update both the Application and Standards at any time. All applicants will be reviewed based upon the current Application and Standards, regardless of date you started your application. Prior to submitting an Application for Accreditation, be certain you are using the current version.
