Friday, Nov. 13, 2009, the AASM will host a webinar entitled Portable Monitoring. The webinar is the second of the AASM's Interpreting Sleep Studies series and will be presented by Reena Mehra, MD. Topics covered will include: indications; portable monitoring sleep measurement including different modes of collection; and recommendations from the AASM Clinical Guidelines for the Use of Unattended Portable Monitors in the Diagnosis of Obstructive Sleep Apnea in Adult Patients.

The presentation will be held from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and will allow participants the opportunity to learn more about portable monitoring in a small-group, interactive setting.
