This webinar, presented by Ryan Wetzler, PsyD, CBSM will cover the definition of insomnia and CBT, review clinical considerations, review the effectiveness of CBT-I and describe a step-by-step cognitive-behavioral treatment process for chronic insomnia.

 

The presentations in the Introduction to the Psychology of Sleep Medicine series provide an overview of the application of psychological approaches to the evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders and related conditions.
