The Sleep Medicine Practice Exam is the leading self-assessment tool for candidates who plan on taking the upcoming sleep medicine specialty board certification examination this November. The six-part exam featured in the AASM Online Learning Center consists of 150 questions and addresses a variety of topics that will be featured in the exam.

Sharpen your scoring skills and prepare for the American Board of Medical Specialties examination with the 200-Epoch Scoring Review. The blueprint for the sleep medicine specialty examination indicates that 20 percent of the questions will be devoted to sleep evaluation. The 200-Epoch Scoring Review allows you to practice scoring sleep stages, arousals, limb movements and respiratory events and receive instant feedback.

Each monthly review features a record sample of 200 epochs that have been previously scored by participants in the AASM Inter-scorer Reliability Program. You can compare your scores to the ISR gold standard in addition to the more than 1000 ISR users.

Once you have completed the scoring review you will have access to the monthly record review. In this streaming video, Richard S. Rosenberg, PhD, AASM Director of Professional Education and Training, will guide you through the monthly record. The presentation focuses on areas of disagreement and the interpretation of the scoring rules.
