The mandate of the Accreditation Committee is to carry out the accreditation procedures, as approved by the board of directors, for provisional and full-service centers, out of center sleep testing facilities and durable medical equipment providers. The committee should identify issues with the accreditation procedures, application, standards or site visit process and raise these areas of concern to the Board of Directors. The committee will recommend to the board of directors accreditation status for provisional and full-service centers as well as out of center sleep testing facilities and durable medical equipment providers.
