SLEEP, the Annual Meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies (APSS) - American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM)

SLEEP 2012, the 26th Annual Meeting of the Associated Professional Sleep Societies, LLC (APSS), will be held Saturday, June 9 – Wednesday, June 13, 2012, at the John B. Hynes Veterans Memorial Convention Center. SLEEP is the premier gathering in sleep medicine and sleep research. Organized jointly by the American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and the Sleep Research Society (SRS), SLEEP brings together an international body of researchers, clinicians, technologists, students and other health care professionals.

The scientific program includes lecturers, abstract presentations, clinical workshops, symposia and discussion groups. These events focus on topics such as sleep disorders, sleep deprivation, neuroscience, genetics, aging and dreams.

An exhibit hall at the meeting enables attendees to visit the booths of more than 125 pharmaceutical companies, equipment manufacturers, medical publishers, software companies, professional organizations and schools that offer products and services for sleep medicine professionals.
