FTC Implements Red Flag Rule Affecting Physicians

Beginning May 1, the Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) will begin enforcing a new "Red Flags Rule," which requires various businesses to develop policies to identify, detect and respond to potential risks of identity theft. More information about the Red Flag Rule is available via the FTC Web site.
