President Obama Addresses Congress, Nation on Health Care

Last night, President Obama outlined to a joint session of Congress his proposal for reforming the U.S. health care system. During the speech, he stated three main goals of his administration's proposal: providing consumer protections for those with insurance, extending coverage to uninsured U.S. residents and curbing the growth of health care spending.
