Bipartisan "Gang of Six" Releases Draft Framework for Health Care Reform

In advance of President Obama's address to the nation last night, six key members of the Senate Finance Committee - collectively known as the "Gang of Six" - on September 8 released a preliminary draft framework for health care reform.
The framework, drafted by Chair Max Baucus (D-Mont.); Charles Grassley (R-Iowa); Mike Enzi (R-Wyo.); Olympia Snow (R-Maine); Ken Conrad (D-N.D.); and Jeff Bingman (D-N.M.), is available for download here.
