Are you an American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) section member? Are you interested in becoming more involved in your section? The AASM is currently accepting interest forms for the chair of the following eight membership sections: Childhood Sleep Disorders and Development, Circadian Rhythms, Insomnia, Movement Disorders, Narcolepsy, Parasomnias, Sleep Deprivation and Sleep Related Breathing Disorders.
Sections provide a forum for members with focused interests to share those interests, discuss ideas, stimulate research, and recommend programs that promote education through the AASM.
To apply, please fill out and submit a membership section chair interest form, a conflict of interest form, a copyright assignment form and a two page CV summary to William Wallis at wwallis@aasm.org or by fax at 708-492-0943. The deadline to apply is Friday, Feb. 26, 2010.
