A new record has been posted to the AASM’s Inter-scorer Reliability Testing Program for the month of May featuring an important new application that will aid in the scoring of respiratory events and limb movements. This program upgrade, which will be available on all future exams, allows users to view the recording in either standard, 30-second epochs or in the new 120-second viewing window that includes the current, previous and two subsequent epochs from the recording.

To take advantage of this significant update to the AASM Inter-scorer Reliability Testing Program, visit the program website at https://isr.aasm.org/ to sign-up for a free 30-day trial for new users. Previous users of the program also are encouraged to revisit the site and take the May exam. Questions about this new feature, or the other program details, may be sent to isr@aasm.org.

The next Inter-scorer Reliability Record Review webinar will be held Tuesday, May 18, 2010, at 12 p.m. Central time and will review the March record. Registration includes 1.0 CME or CEC credit for the registrant, and other viewers may add credit for an additional fee. Visit the AASM Web site for more information about this webinar or to register.
