House Bill Introduced to Address Physician Shortages

Representative John Conyers (D-Mich.) introduced "U.S. Physician Shortage Elimination Act of 2007" (H.R. 410), which calls for the reauthorization of the National Health Service Corps to provide medical school scholarship, reauthorize other health professions training programs and expand residency training and primary healthcare programs offered by community health centers.
