Limited seats are now available for the AASM’s new Intermediate Sleep Center Management Series courses Strategies for Successful Billing and Expanding and Improving Your Sleep Center which will be held April 21–22, 2012 at the AASM National Office in Darien, Illinois (a Chicago suburb). Registration for this series will be available until Thursday, April 19, 2012 or until the course sells out. All sleep centers are encouraged to send their management/administrative staff to this series which will feature top faculty including incoming AASM President, Samuel Fleishman, MD.

The series will begin on Saturday, April 21, 2012 with the Strategies for Successful Billing course where faculty will discuss important billing and compliance issues for sleep centers including interpreting insurance policies, documentation, claims submission, denials and appeals, fraud and abuse and more. The following day, Expanding and Improving Your Sleep Center will provide attendees with the latest information on topics to help sleep centers stay current on the latest trends and practices in the field including integrated sleep management, DME, portable monitoring, staff scheduling, monitoring patient outcomes, social media marketing and more.

Members of the AASM and the American Association of Sleep Technologists (AAST) receive discounted pricing on this course which offers either AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ or AAST CEC credits.
