The AASM has developed a new diagnostic coding tool for sleep center staff and physicians: the ICD-9 to ICD-10 Sleep Medicine Crosswalk. This new tool will come in handy as sleep centers prepare to transition to the ICD-10 coding system, which is far more complex than the current ICD-9 coding system. The booklet features ICSD-3 diagnoses, which are crosswalked to the appropriate ICD-9 billing code as well as the ICD-10 billing code that will be used in the future. The crosswalk is small enough to take with you, but sturdy enough to use as a desk reference. Purchase your copy of the crosswalk today.
