The American Academy of Sleep Medicine is providing conference grant support for “Sleep, Circadian Rhythms, and Aging,” the second in a series of a three-part U13 Bedside to Bench Conference sponsored by the American Geriatrics Society and the National Institute on Aging. The conference will be held at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel & Conference Center in Maryland from 4:30 p.m. on Oct. 4 to 1:15 p.m. on Oct. 6, 2015.

“Sleep, Circadian Rhythms, and Aging: New Avenues for Improving Brain Health, Physical Health and Functioning,” will provide attendees the opportunity to learn about cutting-edge research developments, participate in the creation of recommendations for future research, and network with colleagues and leaders in the field. Faculty and research fellows who meet the following criteria are eligible to attend:

1. At least 1-2 years of research experience in a related field.
2. Hold an MD or PhD or equivalent degree.
3. Have an academic appointment as a research fellow, instructor or faculty member.
