A pilot study in the July issue of the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine shows the feasibility of a randomized, sham-controlled trial of continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy among stroke rehabilitation patients. Results suggest a potential benefit of active CPAP in recovery, especially for cognitive function.
