A study in the July issue of the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine suggests that sleep difficulties are common among veterans referred to a weight loss program at a Veterans Affairs Hospital. According to the authors, the survey results underscore the importance of querying sleep habits in patients referred to weight loss clinics.
