Last week the AASM announced that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) finalized its rule on the implementation of the Quality Payment Program (QPP) created under the Medicare Access and CHIP Reauthorization Act (MACRA). The implementation of MACRA and the QPP will have a significant impact on Medicare payment for years to come.
