Log on to www.aasmnet.org/PortableMonitoring.aspx and download the new Local Coverage Determination (LCD) policy released this week by the Wisconsin Physicians Service Insurance Corporation. The LCD covers Part A entities in the following states: Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska and Wisconsin.
