Accepted Papers

The Journal of Clinical Medicine is dedicated to the advancing the science of clinical sleep medicine. In order to provide readers with access to new scientific developments as early as possible, all manuscripts accepted by the editor will be published online prior to appearing in JCSM. Once published in the journal, each manuscript will no longer be considered an accepted paper and will be removed from this page.

Please note that these manuscripts are posted as received - without editing or formatting by the publisher. The layout and appearance of each article may change when published in JCSM.

All papers appearing in JCSM, including Accepted Papers online, are copyright of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. No paper in whole or in part may be used in any form without written permission from the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.

Embargo Policy

If an institution or funding organization plans to produce a press release about research published in the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine, the institutional press officer should contact American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) public relations before the release is distributed. Studies accepted for publication in JCSM are embargoed until midnight on the publication date for the issue in which the study appears. Each issue of JCSM is published bimonthly on the 15th of the month, starting in February. All institutions must abide by these embargo dates. Contact AASM public relations at media@aasmnet.org or 630-737-9700 with questions.
