Subscribing to the Journal of Clinical Sleep Medicine Podcast

An iPod is not necessary for listening to a podcast. You do need a computer connected
to the Internet that can play audio files. If you have a portable mp3 player (e.g.,
iPod) you can download the podcast file from your computer to your mp3 player so
you can listen to the podcast at your convenience.
What is an RRS reader?
Really Simple Syndication (RSS) is an XML-based format for content distribution.
An RSS reader (also know as an RSS aggregator) allows you to select topics of interest
to you and access related Web-based content by delivering it to your desktop when
new content is released.
