Your access begins as soon as you play the streaming video presentation included in the AASM Online Learning Module. The countdown to expiration will begin at this time. Online Learning Modules will not expire until after you begin the presentation.
You may view the streaming video presentation as many times as you want until the end of your access period. Once the Online Learning Module has expired, you will no longer be able to view the video. However, you may view references and take the CME post-test after the Online Learning Module has expired.
Access periods work like rentals, you have exactly 3 or 30 days (depending on the length of access time purchased) to view a streaming video presentation after you hit the play button for the first time. Once the presentation has started, a timer will count down until your access period has expired.
Most Online Learning modules contain a post-test for CME credit. You may attempt the post-test after viewing the presentation by selecting the "CME post-test" tab to the right of the video player and clicking the "take post test" button within the tabbed box.
You may take as many attempts as you need to pass the CME post-test with a score of 60 percent or more. Once you have passed the post-test, you will have the option to print a CME certificate. At this point you will no longer be able to access the post test. NOTE: You may only claim CME credit once per learning module.
