Lynn D’Andrea, MD (Chair)
Dr. D’Andrea is a Professor of
Pediatrics at the Medical College
of Wisconsin/Children’s Hospital
of Wisconsin, Milwaukee WI.
She is the Chief of the Division
of Pediatric Pulmonary and Sleep
Medicine and Director of the
Pediatric Sleep Center. She is
board-certified in both Pediatric
Pulmonary Medicine and Sleep
Medicine. She specializes in the
comprehensive management of
sleep disorders in children, with
a special interest in the treatment
of children needing home
ventilation.
Sejal Jain, MD
Dr. Jain is an Assistant Professor
of Neurology at the University of
Cincinnati/Cincinnati Children’s
Hospital. Dr. Jain is a clinical
researcher who is trained in
pediatric epilepsy and sleep
medicine. Her clinical research
is focused on sleep disorders in
children with epilepsy. The core
of her research is to identify
the best treatment options for
sleep disorders in children with
epilepsy and evaluate the impact
on seizure control. Dr. Jain is also
interested in antiepileptic drug
trials.

Childhood Sleep Disorders
and Development
The Childhood Sleep Disorders and Development Section would like
to encourage all members to submit abstracts for the Sleep 2014 meeting
to be held in Minneapolis, MN on May 31-June 4, 2014. Online abstract
submission began October 28, 2013 and concludes December 16, 2013.
Authors with research focusing on populations under the age of 18 are
encouraged to submit their abstracts under the Pediatrics category.
Also, the American Academy of Sleep Medicine and the Sleep
Research Society offer the following awards:
• AASM Young Investigator Award
• AASM Section Investigator Award
• SRS Young Investigator Award
• SRS Merit-based Travel Award
• SRS First Time Travel Award
• SRS Undergraduate Trainee Travel Award
